Speech Title: Screen-Based Smart Learning for Mitigating Nearwork Myopia Risk

Abstract: Against the backdrop of digital transformation in education and rapid advancement in smart terminal technologies, intelligent learning devices have become essential tools supporting precise learning and personalized development for primary and secondary school students. However, a side effect of this progress—the rising rate of myopia among adolescents—has evolved into a global public health challenge. Particularly in East Asia, environmental factors such as prolonged exposure to electronic screens at close range, increasing academic burdens both inside and outside school, and insufficient outdoor activities have combined to push adolescent myopia rates above 80%. China has become one of the regions with the highest myopia prevalence globally, exhibiting a significant trend toward younger onset and more severe cases. Faced with the dual demands of "enhancing learning effectiveness" and "protecting visual health," this report aims to present research findings from the cutting-edge field of "smart education | smart healthcare," grounded in fundamental optical principles and educational big data algorithms.

Report Topic: Carbon Disclosure and Corporate Value Reengineering from an ESG Perspective

Main: Under the dual impact of global climate change and economic downturn, humanity's reflection on harmonious coexistence with nature has deepened. The ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management philosophy, which emphasizes sustainable development, has gradually become a global consensus. The value creation of enterprises is no longer confined to the traditional economic perspective but extends to broader external environmental and social value domains. ESG requires enterprises to consider their social and environmental impacts while pursuing economic benefits and transparently disclose relevant information to meet the needs of various stakeholders. Carbon information, as a key indicator of future environmental conditions, is not only crucial for enterprises in managing carbon footprints and achieving emission reduction targets but also serves as an important tool for government environmental regulation. The quality of its disclosure directly affects the effectiveness of policy decisions and the scientific nature of macroeconomic regulation. Although China has introduced multiple regulations to standardize carbon information disclosure, in practice, due to external pressures, carbon information disclosure often exhibits a "half-hearted" phenomenon, making it difficult to fully realize its value and dampening corporate motivation. Information quality is the core of information value, and scientific evaluation criteria are key to quality assessment. Currently, China lacks clear and unified standards for carbon information quality evaluation, leading to a tendency to prioritize quantity or simply apply accounting information quality characteristics during the evaluation process. To promote sustainable development and enhance corporate value, we must address the issues of "insufficient internal motivation" and "incomplete external regulations" in carbon information disclosure.
